Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from StyleHub Company. Please review the following return, refund, and cancellation terms before placing your order.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of the date tracking shows that your complete order was delivered. The delivery date counts as the first day of the return period.

For orders delivered in multiple packages, the return period begins when tracking shows that the final package was delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
  • Returned with its original tags
  • Returned in its original clear garment packaging with the product label, when applicable
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or the order number

Return requests must be approved before an item is mailed. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

After submitting an approved return request, the return package must be shipped within 7 days of the return-request submission date.

Nonreturnable Items

The following products are final sale and generally cannot be returned:

  • Beauty products
  • Bodysuits
  • Face masks
  • Intimates and lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked final sale

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items will still be reviewed.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

To order a different size, color, or product, you may return an eligible item under this policy and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

When StyleHub Company determines that an item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will provide return instructions and, when appropriate, a prepaid return shipping label.

Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. Contact StyleHub Company promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please provide:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item
  • Photographs of the product packaging and label
  • A photograph of the shipping label

Please keep the item and all original packaging until we provide further instructions.

Restocking Fees

Returns that meet all eligibility requirements will not be charged a restocking fee.

Items returned late, without authorization, without their original tags or packaging, or in a worn, damaged, altered, or otherwise unsellable condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the item price.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Return processing may take approximately 5–7 business days after the returned package is received.

Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Orders cannot be canceled after they have entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be canceled. We will notify you whether the cancellation was successful.

If an order can no longer be canceled, you may request a return after delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements and deadlines in this policy.

How to Request a Return or Cancellation

Contact StyleHub Company and provide:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return or cancel
  • The reason for the request
  • Photographs when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Do not mail a return until you have received approval and return instructions from StyleHub Company.
